We got the Humax only to discover that, as you stated, there is no replay function. So, I just got off the phone with Ziggo about getting a Mediabox XL and the young lady I spoke to informed me that we would have to change our contract and pay more if we wanted this Mediabox XL. Please tell me if I correctly understand this situation: 1) Ziggo attempted to undate/grade the Replay function for BBC First, 2) Ziggo broke BBC First Replay for all systems except those with Mediabox XL, and 3) regardless that this is Ziggo's fault for breaking the system, if we want the be able to replay past episodes of BBC First programs we must take out a new contract, a new plan, and pay more for the privilege of living with Ziggo's mistakes? Have I a reasonably good understanding of the situation. I apologize for not writing this in the Nederlands taal but I am new in this country and still working on the language.
