The upgrade on my Mediabox XL failed and is now looping for the past two days. On the Mediabox, “xx% R SCANNING” with a Do Not Unplug message on the TV. After the percentage goes to 100%, the Mediabox restarts. After powering up, there is an error on the Mediabox, “ERR DWN 11.4.11”, and the Welkom splash screen on the television. I have tried reaching out to Ziggo support on Twitter (@ziggowebcare) since Friday, 1300 but have been ignored.

Can you post a picture here of the first place Ziggo enters your house with any splitters and amplifiers in the picture?
And possibly also a photo of another wall socket to which the Mediabox XL is connected?

Sorry to read that you experience an error with the installation of the set top box and as yet have been unable to reach our customer service.
ERR DWN 11.4.11 means that the upgrade download file timed out. Rebooting should re-trigger the installation process.
