When connecting to Ziggo digitally, I get a green screen and my remote control doesn't reply. Have to switch the box again off and on. Then the image works correctly - sometimes it last 5 seconds, 2 minutes, or one full evening. But I don't want to keep on like this for the rest of my life (obviously :)) in which I have to lose every day 5 minutes of my time fighting with the signal…
I don't know if it is a hardware or software issue, maybe the box is too old… and support sucks; you can't dial in a number to hear a person talk about your problem… is pathetic actually to be so left out with a problem while you pay so much per month.
I hope this is used as a support ticket and someone actually does something about this (like contact me! :D) instead of just people posting complains.
If not I will just change to a real TV+Internet provider
