Sorry for writing in English!

I can’t login to watch Ziggo TV on my computer for some reason. Username and Password are correct (I even changed them following a suggestion). When I try logging in, I get the error in the Subject line … “Inloggen is momenteel niet mogelijk. Probeer het straks nogmaals.”

 

I do not know if this has anything to do, but this week I opted for the 500MB extra speed 6 month trial. For some reason they then sent me a media box that I do not need as I do not have a TV; I only watch on my Macbook. When I called Ziggo to return this unrequested mediabox, it seemed they had me registered in some other plan. It was not clear to me what they had me on, but they said they had fixed it and that my plan and price remained unchanged. It seemed only administrative, but perhaps they messed up. Now they do not take calls at this time and I’ll be screwed if I want to watch the football game!

Help!

First off; I'm really sorry about the late reply. It's been extremely busy lately, which is leading us to play catch up on the new topics. Thankfully now I did get to look into things for you. I can imagine that it's really frustrating if you're not able to login to Ziggo GO to watch the game. I'm really sorry if this caused you to miss it. 

Looking into your subscription everything has settled down and your Kabel TV subscription is neatly active. Are you now able to login? 
If not, please try the suggestions below. 

 

  • Download the Ziggo GO app on a mobile device and check if you're able to login there. 
  • Check if you're able to login to Mijn Ziggo.
  • If you are able to login to the two suggestions above, then you should also be able to login to ziggogo.tv. If this is not possible in Safari, test if it works in another browser.
