BBC1 BBC2 not working on Win 10 PC

BBC 1 & BBC2 not working on Win 10 PC (BBC First and other channels work OK)
I saw on the community pages that someone else had the same problem last month but that it was then fixed (I think via Ziggo)

Strange that BBC First and all other channels work OK on my PC and all channels work on my android phone)
I would appreciate any suggestions -Thanks

Well after trying and failing several times over several days to view the bbc 1 & 2 on a win10 PC (via website ZIGGOgotv) the problem seems to be now fixed-

I just tried again today and it worked fine, but I have changed nothing so I don't understand why!

Its working now and hopefully things will now remain good--thanks again everyone

I tried to load all BBC channels through the Ziggo Go app on Windows 10 for the PC
It works here, but you may have to log in again so that all data is loaded and provided with data.

May also be that there is an update in the Microsoft Store, check if this is the case, update the app.

Otherwise you can uninstall the app, restart PC and reinstall.

Hope this works. (I type this with Google Translate)

Are you using the Windows 10 app, or the website Ziggogo.tv?
