Hello,

I am using Ziggo Go app with Apple TV 4k on Philips Screeneo U4 beamer.

started as of today, when I opened a channel, app only streams sound not display. Ziggo app, Apple Tv and beamer are all up-to-date.

what may be the problem?

The ZiggoGO TV app is today november 8 on AppleTV4K and iPad updated to 4.44.5618+2617.

I have video and audio on 4K TV.

No problem with HDMI cables because similar apps work properly.

I updated app but still no display. This beamer is 1080p, adjusted apple tv settings to 1080p, stream opens but after a few seconds it crashes and freezes.

Hello @Burak37 , how nice that you found our Community when you run into this problem. Glad our Community members can help you with this.

We only support streaming via a Chromecast or Apple TV. Could you tell a bit more how you try to cast from your set-up? You try to stream directly and not through mirroring? Because the last option will not work.

thanks for your reaction. I cast via Apple TV 4k with Philips Screeneo U4 beamer. It is not mirroring. 

what happens in these days is after displaying the stream, it is crashing and display is freezing, but in the backstage still sound is coming. This means somehow, there is a problem about relaying display to beamer.

I updated apple tv and beamer software to latest versions but did not work.

Unfortunately, not same problem and solution because I can get sound but not display. (Or sometimes display appears but after a few seconds it is freezed so I need to exit from app)

Somehow, display can not be reflected via beamer. I upgraded my beamer’s software as well but did not work again.

Thanks for the update but sorry to hear that you could not find a solution yet. I hope somebody that has expirience with this specific device will soon comeby, since we onlye support Chromecast and Apple TV.
