10 July i started with Ziggo go app.
It started wotking only on 5 August.
From 11 August it is not working anymore again!!!!
I am tired from calling custumer service and going to the stores!
I also want a refund for the time ziggo go app didn't work!

How annoying that you can't watch the normal tv channels since July 😞 I'm sorry that this is taken so long.
I've checked our system and unfortunately this is a issue because the subscription has been downgraded. Not all channels are there and the right department is working on this issue.. So I don't have a solution right now! I'm sorry!
