I can cast on my iPhone to my SmartTV but not with my iPad. I have tried so many times, but somehow the Ziggo Go app on my iPad is not able to see the TV. If I use YouTube app on the iPad then I can cast, but not with the Ziggo Go app.
Does anybody have some idea? I reinstalled the app, have version 18.5 OS.
Opgelost! Ga naar oplossing.
Hello Dennis,
Thanks for your response. In the meantime I managed also with my iPad. Still puzzled why at some point the iPad did see the TV when I started to Cast. I had checked the WiFi etc, but all of a sudden I could cast to the TV.
So problem solved.
Regards,
Rene

Good morning @Breemstar and welcome to the Ziggo Community!
When you don’t see a Chromecast or AirPlay icon.
It is important to check the following. You need the latest version of the Ziggo GO app. Check the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to see if any updates are available for the app.
Your tablet or smartphone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Google Chromecast or Apple TV.
Do you have multiple Wi-Fi networks at home?
If so, your smartphone or tablet may automatically switch between these networks. As a result, the Chromecast or AirPlay icon may not be visible. Want to prevent this? Delete the Wi-Fi settings of the other network on your smartphone or tablet. This way, you can be sure your device only connects to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or Google Chromecast.
Please note, it is currently only possible to stream Replay TV to your TV via Chromecast. We are working on supporting streaming via Apple Airplay for Replay TV.
If the above is in order. Could you provide us with the following?
1: Software version of your Phillips TV?
2: Software version of the Ziggo Go app?
3: Do you use a VPN on your Ipad?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
