Is Ziggo GO down?

Thanks for reading this in English, I can read and speak Dutch. 

 

I've used Ziggo GO for years without problem and for the last two days we get a message -  Service is down, try back later.

 

If there's a general outage, that's OK, I just want to know if the problem is at my end or with Ziggo.   (We are on vacation here in the Netherlands and miss being able to use Ziggo GO.)

 

Our mobile devices are Samsung / Android and are up to date.

EDIT - Up date  ... I now have Ziggo GO on my mobile device and it's working as normal. I believe I used my browser instead of the app, was asked to accept using mobile usage instead of WiFi ... or something like that, and now the app works fine on my phone.  My wife's tablet is still not able to use Ziggo GO however. 

 

I'm further along.

It seems I can't further edit my previous message.

 

I linked my wife's tablet to her phone, using the phone as a hot spot, and that did the trick. 

 

We're both enjoying Ziggo GO while on vacation in Friesland.
