When I try to activate my viaplay account through subscriptions, a 404 error appears in Viaplay. How can I fix this?

If you go to Mijn Ziggo, you can (if everything works properly) activate a subscription to Viaplay.
If it doesn't work, a Ziggo moderator may be able to help you further.
