Viaplay error 404

When I try to activate my viaplay account through subscriptions, a 404 error appears in Viaplay. How can I fix this?

Have you already tried it via Mijn Ziggo?
If you go to Mijn Ziggo, you can (if everything works properly) activate a subscription to Viaplay.

If it doesn't work, a Ziggo moderator may be able to help you further.

But a moderator can only help you further if he or she knows who you are. That’s why it’s important that you have your zip code and house number in your profile.
Of course, these address details are only visible to Ziggo employees.

via wat wil je dit activeren? via ziggo of viaply rechtstreeks?

It's not entirely clear what you're trying to do. Do you want a viaplay subscription from Ziggo, or from viaplay self?
