How can I resolve error CS2400 on Viaplay?

cant get football to work CS2400 on viaplay tv. works on smartphone. other programmes work on viaplay

I might have a solution for your technical problem. This solution is used very often and implemented by other Ziggo users/by Ziggo clients, for almost every topic does this solution works* (well most of the time this is the only fitting solution*), it goes as fellows; would you be so kind to pull out the powercable out of your Ziggo Mediabox. Most of the times if you disconnect your Ziggo Mediabox from the power supply, this could cause your CS2400 error (code) to be resolved.

Instead of just zapping with your remote control to get to the Viaplay channel using your remote control, or instead of if you using your voice-controlled microphone function built into your Ziggo remote control to get to Viaplay, i might have another way to resolve this This following technical clarified text can also be used* (it can be used as a temporarily as a work around fix, but this might not fully solve the issue as a constant solution*) If you use your remote control and you click on the home button, you will enter the menu of your Ziggo Mediabox. Once you have opened this home menu, you have to go directly to the part of the menu named apps menu go to apps and select Viaplay, this could resolve your problem.

May I ask you how old is your Ziggo Mediabox, and what kind of Ziggo Mediabox do you have in your possesion? Is this a Horizon XL box, is this a Next mini Ziggo Mediabox or is it a Ziggo mediabox Next. Would you be so kind answer this question? Your answer can enable me and other Ziggo users/Ziggo Clients to get things to will get clearer and I will be able to help you even further.

How is your Ziggo mediabox connected? Is your mediabox connected via wire or via WiFi? By you being so kind to answer this question, I can include or exclude technical reasons to make things clearer.

Hello @stuartgilman and @CoenCremers! Its a shame to see that this error makes it difficult for you to watch Viaplay properly. Now Panda_Snorkel has shared quite a few things that you can try out. Would you like to look into this to see if it helps? If not, we would still like to hear from you.

Same problem here. No football. Not live, not replay. Also with other sports. Other Viaplay programs, like movies work ok. App works ok on my iPad. Not on my tv. Error code cs2400.

Tried all the usual things. Disconnecting Mediabox Next Mini (1 year old), (connected via wire), disconnecting tv Lg 65ef950.

Watching live football now United game. Seems to be working , early days hope it's fixed. Monteur arranged for Wednesday  maybe not needed ?
