CANCEL TV subscription only

I have both Ziggo internet and TV subscription.

But I want to cancel only the TV subscription and keep the Internet subscription.

Can you please advise the process and any penalty charges for the same.

Check! Let's start at the beginning. The first package which was ordered for you was Internet Complete & TV Start (CI+ module) without Bellen.

On 8 August you had contact with one of my colleagues. Your package was changed into Internet Complete (included Ziggo GO) and you received a confirmation about the cancellation of Digital TV by e-mail.  According to this cancellation, the CI+ module which was part of your previous package needs to be returned. We didn't received it yet, so you received a reminder by e-mail to return this to us.

According to your last message you want to change your current subscription into Internet Complete without Ziggo GO á € 52,95 p/m. This is been arranged. You get a confirmation about this and this change will be processed within 24 hours.

You are welcome @Amit Sharma. On this page you find an image of the Quantis CI+ module which needs to be returned. It's quite small and within the CI+ module you find the smartcard which also needs to be returned. 

It's no problem if you need to have more time to send it back because of your shifting. Please send us the Track & Trace of Post NL of your shipment. Then we can process the return manually.

Welcome to our Ziggo Community! 

 

Since you have been a customer with us for a while, you don't have a contract for the TV anymore.

If you would like to cancel the TV subscription you can downgrade to Internet Complete and Cable for €58,95 a month and the Digitale CI+ will get cancelled.

We won't charge any penalty for cancelling, only commit to one month notice.

You can change the subscription at MyZiggo or reply to us for the downgrade.

Thanks a lot. So from next month the cost will be 58.95 only for the internet?? 

Also will I have the option of getting this tv package added if required in future ??

Yes, the total amount will be €58,95 from next month on.

 

If you would like to upgrade the TV to Digital with a CI+ or Mediabox in the future, feel free to contact us again to make the upgrade.

remember with internet only you lose ziggo go if you where using that

In this case customer won't loose Ziggo GO since we changed the package to Internet Complete and Cable

@Amit Sharma In this subscription that you now have, you can continue to watch TV basic on your TV and bij de Ziggo Go app or TV Kijken (ziggogo.tv)

Hi I am confused. What's the difference?? Can I still watch TV channels even when I dont have TV subscription??

 

What is Internet complete package and how is it different from Internet only package.

 

Plus do I now need to send the setup box somewhere ??

With the Internet-only subscription, you do retain access to watch TV online via our ZIggoGO app. You do not need a separate decoder or setup box for this. This is only accessible via our Ziggo Go app or via: https://www.ziggogo.tv/nl.html

There is always basic Kabel TV with a Ziggo subscription.

If yes, this is the lowest possibility with Internet Complete.
