CANCEL TV subscription only

I have both Ziggo internet and TV subscription.

But I want to cancel only the TV subscription and keep the Internet subscription.

Can you please advise the process and any penalty charges for the same.

To avoid any confusion about our packages, there are two Internet Complete possibilities besides our All-in-one packages. These are:

 - Internet Complete with ZiggoGo á €58,95
-  Internet Complete without ZiggoGo á €52,95

 

@Amit Sharma the package with ZiggoGo is the one that was ordered for you. If you would like this changed to Internet Complete without ZiggoGo, please let us know.

Hi for me the package ordered was "Internet complete and TV Start ( CI+, Zonder Bellen)"

 

Not sure what it is but I only need the internet from. So please remove the tv part.

 

Dont need Ziggo Go for tv.

 

Also I have received a mail to return some module. Which module are you talking about and where do I have to send it. If  not sent I will be charged Eur 15.9

 

What is all this . Can you please explain.

Check! Let's start at the beginning. The first package which was ordered for you was Internet Complete & TV Start (CI+ module) without Bellen.

On 8 August you had contact with one of my colleagues. Your package was changed into Internet Complete (included Ziggo GO) and you received a confirmation about the cancellation of Digital TV by e-mail.  According to this cancellation, the CI+ module which was part of your previous package needs to be returned. We didn't received it yet, so you received a reminder by e-mail to return this to us.

According to your last message you want to change your current subscription into Internet Complete without Ziggo GO á € 52,95 p/m. This is been arranged. You get a confirmation about this and this change will be processed within 24 hours.

Yours above well noted. Thanks for converting my package to Internet complete.

 

How does CI modlule look. What is the address I have to sent to? Can I please get some more time to send the module as I am in middle of shifting.

You are welcome @Amit Sharma. On this page you find an image of the Quantis CI+ module which needs to be returned. It's quite small and within the CI+ module you find the smartcard which also needs to be returned. 

It's no problem if you need to have more time to send it back because of your shifting. Please send us the Track & Trace of Post NL of your shipment. Then we can process the return manually.

I have returned the module today. Will share the track and trace code tomorrow. Usually how much time does it take for PostNl to deliver to your address ??
