2 ziggo subscriptions, connecting cables?

Hello, I live in a house that is divided into 3 apartments. a few months ago I decided to put Ziggo Internet and TV with two Pods, my internet is connected to a Pod and the TV works very well, a few days ago the TV didn't work a technician was called who said there was another Ziggo (attic) connected in the same house (but only with internet). the other Ziggo internet is also connected to the POA-01-B with a green and red cable connected to the FRA-752X 1218 MHz Ziggo (geschikt antenne coax versterker) (nieuwste 2022 model) and mine is connected to the POA and my modem, in this amplifier are connected 4 cables one that comes from the POA and the others (Hirschmann - Koka-9 Modem) that comes from the ground. the other houses are on the ground floor and in the attic and have a coaxial box with two entrances. my question is:
Is it possible for them to see Television (from my subscription) by connecting a cable through coax?
Is it possible for the ground floor to have internet or to watch TV by connecting the coaxial cable?

Having TV removed from your subscription only results in you losing access to Ziggo GO. Digital TV (DVB-C) will remain active as long as your AOP is physically connected to the EV. Disabling it remotely is impossible.

Correct, the required amplification on each cable depends on the length of the cable, but the only way to be sure which cable connects to which apartment (assuming the cables are unmarked/unlabeled) is by disconnecting them one by one and verifying which device goes offline.

'Other tenants will be able to connect their own modem and/or TV and use the shared signal originating from the single AOP. Ideally however, they should all have their own AOP.'
'This is why all apartments should ideally have their own AOP/demarc, which provides isolation.'
'All (consumer) subscriptions should be used by separate physical addresses with their own demarc/AOP.'

There is only one AOP in this house used by a subscription but ziggo says there can't be another ziggo because it's only internet and there's an amplifier and you connect to the splitter that isn't even theirs because if the splitter didn't exist they would never have a way to use it the AOP , in this AOP is coming what is from my signature and is it being divided by someone else or am I wrong??! your AOP. if they pay for 35MB (EX) and I pay 1000MB they use mine.
second when I went to ziggo ziggo sent me a box from ziggo I had to mount the modem to the tv etc. came in a box for sure by DHL they assembled it themselves and put the three cables so they have access to a simple TV..

'Removing the TV from your subscription only results in the loss of access to Ziggo GO. Digital TV (DVB-C) will remain active as long as your AOP is physically connected to the EV. Disabling remotely is impossible.' as i told you there is already a problem of ziggo until they come here and deactivate my AOP but at least i will not be paying for something that ziggo knows and allows because:'The other apartments have access to digital TV (DVB- C) using your amplifier. Only way to prevent this is by physically disconnecting them from the amplifier, leaving only your outlet connected. However, this will cause the Arris modem in the other apartment to go offline. and I can't unplug the cables without knowing which ones they are and even if I unplug they still have TV in it. I am in a dilemma and others are enjoying mine.
when i came to this house there was a neighbor who had internet i went to ziggo and asked can i have my internet ziggo said no at home you can only have a ziggo now this? the technician was here and not even he knew which cable to disconnect so I go to ziggo to give him two options:
come here and disconnect the correct wires that are connected to the amplifier that gives access to the tv and connect an AOP for them, or I will even cancel my entire account with them because the more I realize the situation the more furious I am because this has been going on for a long time months and nothing has been done.

Since I am a Ziggo customer myself, I am unable to provide further assistance.

Please let me know if you would like me notify the moderators (Ziggo employees).

I wish I could answer it, but I have no insight in how the apartments/subscriptions have been registered in Ziggo's administration.

hello Tobias i went to ziggo , he said to take the cable (from the neighbors) that connects directly from the AOP to the amplifier and connect my cable and they directly connect their modem to the AOP, if I do this where my modem is connected if it is not connected directly to the AOP?

I think the employee has misunderstood your question(s). Bypassing the amplifier is not going to make any difference. The other apartments still have access to digital TV as long as they are connected to your AOP, either directly or indirectly.

sorry Tobias my mistake with their cable connected to my APO splitter and to AOP  its possible they are using what is in my subscrition even though they had their modem? like if i have 1000GB and they only have 35MB its like they are using mine or wich modem have their own GB so they can still use my AOP?

Contrary to digital TV, your internet connection is not shared in any way with the other apartment, even though their modem is connected to the same AOP.
