Ziggo modem doesnt support Port forwarding

I need IPv4 port forwarding on my Ziggo Modem. Actually the firmware should support IPv4. Is there anyone from ziggo can do it for me it via this community or should I call ziggo customer service and open a ticket ?

Welcome to the Ziggo Community. 

I would love to help you with this matter. Currently your modem is stated on IPv6 DS Lite. Options like portforwarding are greyed-out in the interface of your modem. For the purpose of portforwarding we can change the profile on your modem to IPv4 Only. I just arranged this for you and this will be processed within 24 hours.
