Hello Ziggo Community
I'm looking for a help with configuring Ziggo device to work as modem/bridge so I can use my own hardware (MikroTik RB3011) as my main router. From this what I found already on this forum I need to contact helpdesk? or @Serkan seems to be very helpful on this forum with similar problems.
Is there any specific email or telephone number where I should call to resolve this for me or I can just call/email on general helpdesk? Because from what I understood they will do it remotely (firmware upgrade?) or I need technician to do it for me?
