Hi
caonima ,
Remember me?
Since the original problem seemed to be solved, I think we must
take a good look into your problem now.
An important question is:
does your Internet Connection drop or is it 'just' a Wifi problem again?
You can test this on a system that has a connection with an UTP_cable to the ConnectBox.
Does this give a stable connection, especially when the Wifi drops?
If not, then your Internet Connection needs more investigation.
Let your test result know.
Let's assume it's only the Wifi that causes problems.
In that case .............
Earlier in this discussion I gave you a suggestion for a brute force solution.
See below. This still holds.
You have bad luck, that's for sure, but don't get mad.
Otherwise you may have to move to China.
Regards Han

There's however also a fast brute force solution possible. Buy a decent Router with Wifi and let Ziggo put the ConnectBox in Bridge Mode; only the Cable Modem in the Box will be in use afterwards- for Internet and telephony services. You will become the boss in your network with your own Router equipment.
Not everybody will appreciate this approach. Is this something for you?
Note.
If you decide using an own Router, contact the 24/7 365:
www.ziggo.nl/chatfor a request to put your ConnectBox in Bridge Mode.
