Hi,
I have Ziggo internet, and it can sporadically can be unstable.
Ping during online games normally can be 30-50ms, but often can jump to cosmic values (300-400ms).
I am using only 5Ghz wireless network to not interfere with other 2.4Ghz networks. And I don't use amplifiers (because it was worse with them, and apartment pretty small).
As I investigated in similar threads, it can be related with downstream/upstream network status, but can't find some suspicious.
Could you please help me to diagnose network to improve and stabilise ping?
Opgelost! Ga naar oplossing.
Hi @ilgonmic, thank you for starting a topic! I do see your ping is unstable. As far as I can see there isn't something wrong with the way that you did connect your modem. There were some network issues. Our mechanic did solve the problems. Did you experience any issues since this morning?

I did it.
That's it. Is it ok?
Now it looks good, a bit on the high side, but well within the standards.
Let us know your experiences here.
Unfortunately I can see problem with ping.
During the game, I recorded ping 8.8.8.8, and its spikes was synchronized with problems with ping in the game (it was very fast, but observable).
I am not sure, possibly it is considered as ok, but it is really annoying to get ping jump in random moment.
I marked problem moments in file with "<<<<".
Possibly you could give some advices about it?
A Ziggo moderator can take a closer look and see what needs to be done.
They will come here automatically in this topic.

Hi,
Thanks for your effort. I can confirm that situation now is much better. There are some small jumps, but so so big.
Now I want to experiment with custom router and Ziggo in bridge mode. And will decide, which strategy would better for my case.
Hi, seems that with another wifi router situation is more stable, so now I have expected experience.
Thanks for your help
