Why is it when I goto some normal websites it always advises that the website is unsafe and you have to click in advance and continue anyway, sometimes the page doesn’t even load. All the website have https and I don’t see that the websites have a problem. Do I need to change anything on my modem or my extensions?

All kinds of antivirus programs and anti-malware programs are showing more and more false positives. I haven't used them for a very long time and only have Defender as anti-malware in use and have not been bothered by these kinds of false positives for a long time and also not bothered by viruses.
This happens if the website has an expired certificate (SSL). The owner of the website must then renew the certificate. With most website hosters this is done automatically and costs nothing, but a few ask for a fee and you have to do the installation yourself. Your browser will check this certificate and if it can't find it, the website will be blocked. Some browsers are very strict and you cannot view the website, others do allow a visit. This problem is therefore not related to your own computer.
