Switch from DS-Lite to IPv4

Good afternoon, I'm having constantly speed problems with my Connectbox Giga, the downstream values are negatives and the download speed is below 2mb. I've already checked the coaxial connection, it's directly connected in the wall (no splitter) and the last try I think is to switch the modem's configuration profile from IPv6 DS-Lite to IPv4 only, I read here in the community that it could help. Could please some moderator do the switch?

Thanks in advance.

Your signal levels are very low. Could you please post the values of the upstream and a picture of the coax wall outlet?

Hi all, thanks for the replies and sorry for my late reply, I was away from home. Here's a pic of the coax wall outlet and a screenshot from the upstream + speed test.

The coax outlet picture is missing.

Downstream exhibits DVB-T2 ingress (on 618 MHz) and power is low, too low on some channels. Upstream power is high but acceptable.

UNSUPPORTED indicates that the channel could not be locked, in this case due to excessive DVB-T2 ingress causing extremely low MER.

The coax outlet is outdated, as expected. Is this the only outlet inside the property i.e. did you check the meter cupboard?

The second downstream table would display NotLocked for the respective channel.

I've just checked the meter cupboard and found this outlet where there is a single coax cable connected to a 3-way splitter and those 2 cables run through the pipes and probably end up in my living room wall.

The modem should be moved to the meter cupboard and connected directly to the AOP. The AOP (VQ601R) is outdated and must be replaced by a technician (free of charge), however connecting the modem to it temporarily should improve stability and speeds significantly. The 3-way splitter is outdated as well and may be omitted.

Obtaining your public IPv4 address enables you to verify whether Dual-Stack Lite has been converted to Full Dual-Stack yet. Dual-Stack Lite (CGNAT) uses subnet 213.127.0.0/17, anything else is Full Dual-Stack. If you are using VPN, disable the tunnel before accessing the URL.
