I can't download the ziggo smartwifi pods app to install the pods: my iPhone is registered in a different region and I can't change the region due to ongoing subscriptions etc. What can I do?

It can be solved but it takes quite a few steps.
Basically you have to create a new Apple ID for the App Store in The Netherlands and switch to that Apple ID. After installing the desired app you can switch back to your proper Apple ID. The app will keep working.
