Smartpod return

Good day everyone,

 

I would like to cancel my Smartwifi pod subscription immediately. I received this at a Ziggo start subscription for a period of one year. I don't use this pod and therefore would like to return it.
Could anyone of moderators help to cancel this for me?

Good morning @MC108, That's certainly possible! I have therefore canceled the pods for you, you will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours. Within 7 working days you will receive a return box to return the Wifi Pods. If you still have the box of the Wifi Pods, they can also be returned in it. Then keep the proof of postage from PostNL.

Een Ziggo moderator komt hier binnenkort langs om naar je probleem te kijken en de nodige stappen te zetten.

Zorg dat je postcode en huisnummer in je Ziggo community profiel staan, deze zijn niet openbaar te zien, dan kunnen gelijk de juiste gegevens erbij gepakt worden.
