Slow upload speed of my internet

This is my internet test result I'm using 500MB package but my upload speed is extremely slow. When I upload a video file on my google drive, only 1.5 MB per sec. Can anyone tell me is this normal speed or not? If I contact Ziggo then they are able to fix it?

I presume you are on an Internet Max subscription (600/40 Mbps)? If so, 37.26 Mbps is nearly full upload speed.

The Google Drive upload speed might have been limited by Wi-Fi performance, 1.5 MB/s equals 12 Mbps.
