Reporting Move - customer service not available

Hi

 

I have tried to reach your customer service contact number to report my move and transfer my existing connection.Your executives have taken down my details 2 times and put my call on hold for around 30 mins

 

I want to transfer my existing connection soon.Please contact me ASAP

Hi @rajiv.mukheja, welcome to our Ziggo Community! Congratulations on the new home, I can imagine that you would like to arrange the move of your services ASAP.

 

First things first, a little bit of history. From the past, we still know two areas within Ziggo. This is the former-Ziggo area and the former-UPC area, both area's differ from each other in terms of technology. You are currently living in the former-UPC area, but you will be moving to a former-Ziggo area. 

This makes the move a little bit more difficult because we can't process it as a regular move. It has to be done by a specific team who are specialized in processing these type of moves. Therefor I unfortunately can't process the move for you. However, I do have a direct number for the team that can process your move. You can then contact this department directly, they can quickly arrange the move for you. The right number for this is 088-7169063, they can be reached Monday till Friday between 08.00 and 20.00, on Saturday between 09.30 and 18.00 and on Sunday between 09.00 and 18.00.

This is a customer help customer forum where Ziggo moderators/employees, they have Ziggo in front of their name, usually drop by in every topic within one working day.


Make sure that your old zip code and house number are in your Ziggo community profile with old in front and your new behind it with new in front, they cannot be seen publicly, so the correct information can be obtained immediately.

Thank you for responding, I have updated my both the addresses as suggested with New & Old under the column House Number on the below given link.

Please note we need to shift with effect from 5th Feb 2022
