I recently started a new contract with ziggo, and requested to have 1 smart pod.
Initially, I received a Smart WiFi modem without any pod, connected it to the coax cable and is working fine.
After 2 weeks I received another box, containing another modem (same model) and a smart pod, but when connecting the modem to the coax cable it is stuck to the update, tried different things, like reset (30 seconds reset button) and giving it the whole night time to update but nothing changed.
I just need to pair the wifi pod to my currently working modem, but looks like is hard-connected to the second (not working one).
Any help?
