Hello,
today I became a new Ziggo user. When I plugged in the router and cables I the internet started working but I'm getting this message in the modem administration: Internet Partial Service (DS only)
According to the instruction manual this seems to indicate a problem (I'm not Dutch but I assume it means something is not right).
The internet works despite this indicated problem. What does it mean, and how shall I fix that message? Thank you.
Opgelost! Ga naar oplossing.
The splitter (POA-01-B) is redundant, please connect the modem directly to the AOP outlet, reboot it and post the downstream tables once again after 1-2 hours.
The AOP (DIO-01) is slightly outdated and may need replacing, this would require a technician appointment.
I think it has an old wall socket that the modem is plugged into.
Can you place a photo here of the first place where Ziggo enters your house with any splitters and amplifiers and modem in the photo?
Ingress due to outdated and/or improperly shielded components often causes partial bonding/service, which indicates that one or more available channels could not be locked (onto).
Could you post the modem’s downstream/upstream data according to these instructions?
Please post both downstream tables in full.
@tobiastheebe now updated.
Downstream exhibits 4G ingress, as expected. One channel could not be locked and another suffers from low MER + high CER.
Could you post one or more pictures of the AOP (main outlet in meter cupboard or living room) and cables, plus splitter(s) and signal amplifier, as applicable?
I'm not sure if this is what you are after. But took pictures of how it is plugged in:

@tobiastheebe thank you very much, now working correctly (all green)
