One of my smartwifi pods stopped working, can I change it

I have 2 smartwifi pods with my subscription.
One of them stopped working. It doesn't matter how close or how far from the modem I connect it, its little light does not turn on, and my Ziggo smart wifi app says that it is offline. 
Do you know if it's possible to return it and have it replaced by a working one? And if yes, how can I arrange that
