No internet after abonnement change

Hello everybody,
I am experiencing a problem with internet connection after changing my abonnement from Internet Complete & TV Complete to Kabel TV & Internet Max. I received an email confirming the subscription to Digital Televisie was terminated and that I could keep the Mediabox XL since it is also used for internet.

Do you know how long does it take to reactivate internet?
