No RF signal

Hello

 

i need some help

My connection stopped completely today at 7:25 in the morning

 

I tried everything, including reseting the modem

 

Then i checked the modem page: (attached) it says no RF signal

 

1. I removed the plastic cover

2. I removed the splitter 

3. I reset the modem 

 

Even though status doesn't change.

Please some help!

It was the same here, there was a signal dropout which has now been resolved here.

If it it still the same call Ziggo 0900-1884
