New house cant connect router

Hello.’ive move into a house but is not possible to connect the route of ziggo at all, i need a technician as soon as possible please! Help! 
find attached what’s currently inside of my electric board.

Hi! There should be a green cable visible. It is possible that your main socket is located in the livingroom? If you would like to have support from a technician, feel free to contact Ziggo via 0900-1884 or via the chat function. They can schedule a technician for you to help you out.

I've checked the postalcode and house number in your profile to find out if you've already made an appointment. But i can't find customer information on this adres.  Is the adress correct? Do you have a subscription at Ziggo? Is there anything I can do for you?
