New Wifi Connection is Not Working

Hello,

 

Two days ago we received the all in Ziggo box for our new house. I did all the connections but it is still not working.

 

I already checked similar topics but I could not find something directly applicable for myself. I can see and connect the wifi but it says there is no internet connection.

 

Currently, the wifi light is green and it seems ok.

On the other hand there is no arrow light flashing or blinking so it seems totally disabled 

The bottom part of the connect box the green light is blinking

 

Could please help me to understand what can I do to fix this problem ? I already tried offline support, I checked all the cablings restarted the box many times but still it is not working.

Hello,

 

Sorry for the late reply. Yes you are right, the problem was coming from the green cable. Yesterday guys came and solved the issue! Thank you so much!

Als het groene lampje brand betekent dat er geen verbinding is en het lampje onder Ziggo moet wit zijn en die is nu uit.

 

is dit de eerste plaats waar Ziggo je huis binnenkomt?

Is er geen groene kabel die in je meterkast binnenkomt en verbonden is aan een wandcontactdoos of een splitter?
