Na enkele maanden probleem loos werking van het nieuwe modem nu elke dag resets op het modem.

helaas na enkele maanden geen problemen gehad te hebben heb ik nu regelmatig spontane reboots van het modem.Alle lampjes knipperen en en na enkele minuten is het modem weer online. bij elke dag wel 2x... altijd na 12 uur in de middag. Wat is er mogelijk een oplossing? een ander modem?

Goedemiddag @Ernieek, een 20 jaar oud AOP is zeker aan vervanging toe! Ik heb een monteur ingepland voor 25 augustus tussen 12:00-18:00 uur. Deze komt de aansluiting vervangen. Het kan zo zijn dat je de monteur liever op een ander moment ontvangt dan kun je de afspraak verplaatsen via mijn Ziggo. Laat je weten of dit het probleem oplost?

Om je binnenkomend en uitgaand signaal te kunnen beoordelen, kun je hier uit je modem de volledige pagina's van downstream en upstream waarden plaatsen met een schermafbeelding en de laatste dagen Netwerk historie?

het aop is niet geschikt voor Docsis 3,1 

meen moderator kan kosteloos een monteur voor je inplannen

AOP is al 20 jaar. en kan vervangen worden op woe t/m vrij dan is er altijd iemand aanwezig.

Volop ruis op je modem wat niet te repareren data pakketten oplevert.

 

Een Ziggo moderator kan de nodige stappen zetten om je probleem op te lossen.

Beste,

 

AOP is al enkele weken vervangen. Wel erg jammer dat ze deze niet aan de muur maken maar los hangend aan de kabel afleveren. Oftewel schroef het AOP zelf maar aan de muur.

 

Hopelijk kunnen zien of de ruis nu weg of minder is. Ik heb het vermoeden dat het namelijk nu wat stroperig loopt.

Dit lijkt me toch niet de bedoeling dat het AOP los blijft liggen, bij mij wordt het AOP ook vervangen volgende week, mocht dit bij mij ook het geval zijn, welke stappen moet ik dan omdernemen ?
