Have this error in network logs. Wifi signal disappears, ethernet as well disconnects. Takes 5-10 minutes to get back. Having lot of trouble especially because of work from home, calls get disconnected. How to solve the issue ? please help

Can you place a photo here of the first place where Ziggo enters your house with any splitters and amplifiers and the modem in the photo?
In addition, it has been almost a year without issue, these started recently 1 month back. Ours is a small apartment, we don't have any enhancers.
Here is something very wrong connected without a double galvanically isolated Subscriber Takeover Point.

Welcome to our Community @ramyar1210! Thanks for the photos and letting us know. I'm agree with the analyze of Bert. Because of that I've made an appointment with an engineer for next Monday ( between 0800-1300 hour). You can change the appointment in Mijn Ziggo if you want. Please keep us posted!
I was waiting to check couple of days before I post but the issue is not solved 😞
I still get T3 time out even after technician has changes whatever was suggested. More over I now have device connection issues, few of them stay connected but say no internet 😞

Ofcourse! Thanks for the update. I'm sorry you're still experiencing problems. I immediately scheduled a new appointment for you. You have a warranty on the work of the mechanic, so there are no costs involved. The engineer will visit you on Tuesday 06-07 between 12.00 and 18.00.
Technician showed up at the scheduled slot. Tried a lot to find the issue, nothing was wrong but T3 errors were still there.
However, he replaced the modem I had and asked me to try that for 1 week and surprisingly connectivity issues were solved !! I had 0 call drops while working from home. Had couple of disconnects but this modem reconnected with in seconds (unlike the old one). So as of now modem change seems to have worked ! I am definitely happy ! I hope it remains same in future 🙂 thanks a lot guys for your help !
