Internet malfuction 7th of May

To Whom It May Concern,

Today after a malfunction in my place, my wifi is not visible anymore by any device. It stopped working at certain point due to a malfunction: "Due to a malfunction, you may be temporarily unable to use your Ziggo service". But now the message is that the internet is back to work (and using the ethernet cable that is true) but my wifi is not visible anymore (by either phone or laptop). Does someone know why that happened and how to fix it? I also tried to disconnect the modem power for a few mins and reconnect it. Thanks

Can you log into your modem and see if the wifi is on?

If this also fails, I would press the reset button on the back of the modem for 30 seconds.

I have tried to reset but I didn't know I had to wait as long as 30 sec. I retried now and it works again. Thanks for the help. Really appreciated!
