Internet disconnection for few seconds frequently

 

Hello,

l am having the same problem as discribed here  https://community.ziggo.nl/t5/Internet/Internetstromen-verbreaking-onverwacht-sinds-Sagemcom-firmwar...  I am getting disconnected for few seconds frequently during the day. I still have the old version  LG-RDK_5.7.36-2210.4 and I was hoping to get this issue resolved with the new version REV : LG-RDK6.9.35-2302.6  lunching today but I see that my modem was not updated . Could you please force the update ?

This is very problematic for me, and I would highly appreciate if you could resolve it.

Manual firmware upgrade requests posted to this topic are likely no longer processed. I expect 6.9.35 to be rolled out to all F3896's within the next couple of days.

Le déploiement du firmware 6.9.35 a commencé aujourd'hui. Votre F3896 devrait bientôt recevoir le nouveau firmware.

@tobiastheebe Yes thank you that is what I have seen but I tried to contact the normal line about it whithout sucess, and they told me that i could take a long time before everyone get it. This is causing serious problems for me, this why I would much like if the update could be manually forced as soon as possible for me just like it was done in the discussion mentionned.
