Internet and Tv not working

Hi, I just move and I just finished installing the media box XL and the internet model, but I have no access to internet and no tv. In internet I get access denied and in the mediabox XL I get ERR SP 0.1.6 and CS1004 on the screen, I already check the coaxial cable and it’s connected correctly and I have already restart the modem and un plug it for various minutes.

Could you take a picture of the main connection and what is connected to it?

For most people this could be found in the meter cupboard.

 

Could you also take a picture of the connection that your mediabox is connected to?
