Hulp bij uitzetten ipv6

Beste,

 

zouden jullie ipv6 uit kunnen zetten, mijn interne netwerk is hier nog niet klaar voor waardoor ik nogal wat problemen heb bijvoorbeeld VPN.

 

Ik zie in het forum dat dit voor meerdere mensen een oplossing heeft geboden.

Ik ga het voorleggen aan de Ziggo medewerkers deze zetten je morgen weer op IPv4.

 

Als je volgende wilt doen, je postcode en huisnummer in je Ziggo community profiel staan, deze zijn niet openbaar te zien, dan kunnen Ziggo Medewerkers gelijk de juiste gegevens erbij pakken en je sneller helpen als ze het topic benaderen.

Dan wordt het in de ochtend geregeld. Kan zijn dat je modem even van afstand wordt herstart. Maar alles blijft wel werkzaam 😊

Natuurlijk, ik heb het voor je geregeld! Binnen 24 uur is dit verwerkt. 
Het klopt wat @Dave zegt, het modem wordt herstart. Schrik dus niet als het modem even uitvalt.

Hoi!

 

I would like to turn off ipv6 for my modem as well. I cannot use my work VPN with ipv6 and it's having me a lot of trouble.

Desperately waiting for your help!

I'm here to help you with this matter! I changed the profile on your modem into IPv4 Only. Within 24 hours the change will be processed. Your modem will restart after this.

Hi Cecilia,

 

I have to restart my router and ipv6 is enabled again on my router. Can you please help me disable ipv6 again?

 

Also, I would like to learn why it is enabled again? I cannot reach out to you every time it's enabled ☹️

How strange that the settings has been changed again, this should not happend.

I've changed it back to the IPv4 settings. Can you check this after 24 hours?

Hi,

 

I still have ipv6 and it's more than 24 hours. What should I do now? I cannot use my workstation due to this setting 😭

Do you have restart the modem and try it again after 30 seconds to plug it on the power.

@emrecosar IPv4 and IPv6 are both activated on your modem. When you turn of IPv6 on your device, it should be able to setup a connection. Could you give it a try by doing this steps?

Hi Dave,

 

I am a Mac user, that link doesn't help me. Also I am very confused because ipv6 is disabled by your stuff before remotely, it worked and I didn't have to do anything and now I don't understand why I need to do something on the router?

 

Also, I have an internet connection but ipv6 does not work only with my workstation and it requires to disable ipv6 from router/internet service provider. Otherwise, it doesn't work.

 

Any suggestions?
