How to return modem...

Hi, I had a network engineer come and replace my giganet modem in December while I was away. The engineer did not take the old one away. How can I send this back to ziggo?

Tips for returning:

• Place the device including the power supply (also the smart card and remote control in the case of a media box) in the box.
• On postnl.nl you can find the addresses and opening hours of all service points in the area.
• Hand in the box at a PostNL Service Point of your choice or to the PostNL parcel deliverer in your area and return the equipment free of charge.
• Always ask the PostNL Service Point or the PostNL Parcel Deliverer for a proof of delivery as confirmation and keep it safe.
