How do I recognize email from Ziggo?
Look at the bit behind @
These are the domains Ziggo uses
All emails sent by Ziggo come from the following domains (a domain is the part after the @):
@Ziggo.com
Most messages will be sent through this domain, the main domain for communication to customers
@Ziggo.nl
Some messages still come from ziggo.nl addresses, but that will eventually stop.
And for Safe Online
We use the following addresses for our Safe Online packages:
Safeavenue@f-secure.com
no-reply@email.f-secure.com
Is there anything else behind @?
Are you receiving an email message from Ziggo from a different domain, so is there something else after the @ sign? Then the e-mail does not come from us and you can delete the e-mail or mark it as spam/phishing.

Perhaps a Ziggo moderator can tel you, juist wait here....
Ik krijg ook reclame en info-mails van ziggo.nl@ziggo.com. Ik zou ook niet weten waarom deze verdacht zouden moeten zijn.

Spammers / hackers / fischers can show any sender email address in the email, even your own email address. So don't click on links too quickly and go to the website itself, if you have any doubts.
