Hello, I have an old Cisco EPC 3928 modem from 2011. In my opinion the connection is becoming more and more unstable and I have to reset the modem quite often. Is it possible to get a new modern router from Ziggo? Which opportunities do I have?

Thanks a lot for your reply. As I am living in a big apartment complex with 75 flats I do not know where Ziggo enter the house exactly. I can only provide some photos of the connection in my living room. Hope it helps. If not, please let me know, which information is needed additionally. My adress is saved in my personal profiel. OK, clear, that's the first place Ziggo enters your house. Ziggo can also send you a new splitter with a suitable cable to connect the new modem.
