I was experiencing terrible internet connection (latency variation) (archived thread) and my modem was replaced with a UBEE one, which I was told is a business type and uses different channels.
While the problem with the latency variation seems to have been fixed (or not noticeable anymore), I am now noticing more and more often that I have packet loss, which was not an issue before.
What is going on there? Can this be fixed? Is this a setup issue? This is again not a problem that occurs constantly, but it is just as annoying as before...
To evaluate your incoming and outgoing signal, can you post here from your modem the full pages of downstream and upstream values with a screenshot and last days Network history?

I see a lot of noise coming into your modem.
If the other output of the splitter is not used, you can remove the splitter, which may help improve the signal.
After removing the splitter, disconnect the modem from the power for 30 seconds and place your up-down values again after an hour or more.
I see in the log: US profile assignment change
I don't know exactly what that means, maybe @tobiastheebe knows what that means.

The 'US profile assignment change' events refer to a change in active IUCs (Interval Usage Codes = modulations, among other specifications) on the OFDMA channel. This type of event is relatively common and should not impact internet connectivity. OFDMA is currently active at a very low carrier frequency with a higher noise floor compared to the ATDMA channel frequencies, awaiting deployment on the FM broadcast spectrum, which has become unoccupied.

On the modem's home page it now also shows "Partial bonding DS". Putting the splitter back removes the warning.
Downstream power is exceeding maximum acceptable value (11 dBmV) when the modem is directly connected without the splitter. The modem should be connected to a 6 or 10 dB forward path attenuator instead of the splitter, which may be installed by a technician. Although DS CER is no longer present, the logged DRW violations and OFDMA IUC variations may indicate US CER (noise).
So what is the next step? Someone will pick this up?

I've submitted my findings in regards to the upstream and OFDM(A) channel in the technicians report. This way I hope we can put our finger on the sore spot.You can reschedule the appointment via Mijn Ziggo > Mijn Gegevens > Mijn Monteursafspraken in case the appointmentdate doesn't suite you. Please let us know what your findings are after the visit from our technician.
