Equipment when moving to new apartment

My name is Maksim. I am a customer of Ziggo.

I am moving to a new apartment. I have registered a move using the Ziggo service and I have got a confirmation that Ziggo will transfer all services to a new address. I have a modem, my question is: should I take the modem that I currently possess to a new apartment, or will I receive a new one?
