Disable ipv6 in my Giga Connectbox to connect DnsSmartProxy

I am unable to use the dnssmart proxy settings from my firestick. the support team suggested to disable the ipv6 from my modem. Kindly suggest!

Disable IPv6 is not possible anymore.

You can check if you are running Full Dual IP stack.

If you don't want to use IPv6 you can disable it in Windows.

Ensure VPN tunnels are disconnected and obtain your public IPv4 address using this site, for example. If it starts with 213.127, Dual-Stack Lite is in use. An IP address in any other subnet indicates Full Dual-Stack.
