Disable IPv6

Hello everyone.

I have problems with my VPN at work. I was told that IPv6 might be the problem and I should disable it on my modem. But unfortunately I don't see such option.

I saw in other topics that moderators are able to do it. Can somebody help me?

Since Full Dual-Stack is available to all customers (as of June 27), IPv6 is no longer commonly disabled. If the modem's eRouter is currently using a Dual-Stack Lite IP configuration, this would explain why you are experiencing VPN connectivity problems.

Could you post the first half of your WAN IPv4 address?

Full Dual-Stack is already in use.

Setting the DHCPv6 server operation mode to 'stateful' might improve the situation.
