Deco M4 not working after outage

 

Hi,

 

Since this morning's outage, my Deco M4 devices won't work anymore. They always show the red LED. I tried resetting the Deco M4 and the network, but the problem persists.

 

My Connect box is set on bridge mode.

 

Does anyone have the same problem or a solution for this?

Could you try the steps below:

 

  1. Power down modem and all Deco units.
  2. Disconnect router (first Deco unit) from modem.
  3. Power up modem and wait until it is booted up and completely online (continuously green status LED), may take ~10 minutes.
  4. Reconnect and power up router.
  5. Power up access points.

It does seem to work now. Thanks for the help!

 

Do you know what was the problem in the morning? Shall I expect another outage again?

This topic may be related, the circumstances are identical: bridge mode, 3 Deco units, red status LED on all units after an outage this morning. IPv4 connectivity appeared to be unavailable. This should have been an isolated incident.
