Connection speed and IPv6

Dear Ziggo,

I have an issue with internet connection, my setup is Connection Box in bridge mode + Keenetic KN-1810 (default settings), my connection from laptop to Keenetic is ~500-700 Mbit/s, connection speed between Connection Box and Keenetic is 1 Gbit/s however my internet connection speed is extremely low.

I have package:

INTERNET COMPLETE
Dit pakket heb je nu
350 Mbit/s download
35 Mbit/s upload
Wifi-modem
Internetbeveiliging
Installatiehulp

And there is not even close to 35 Mbit/s download speed:

On ziggo site checker speed are better but it 10 times less than stated:

https://ziggobeta.speedtestcustom.com/result/d6863200-48b6-11ed-948e-91cd9bd65155

Please help me to find out a reason of this strange behaviour of Ziggo Connect Box, cause on my side everything is fine, no any issues with Keenetic or my home network.

As well please disable IPv6 for my account, as soon as no any devices are using it at my home network.

Downstream and upstream values are good to excellent, except DS channel 14, which exhibits deviated amounts of RS errors.

The AOP (VQ601R) and splitter 2 (ESI-02N) are outdated and should ideally be replaced by a technician.

Could you connect the modem directly to the AOP, omitting splitter 1 (ESX-02), and perform a speed test using a direct ethernet connection to your router?

If you do not have a TV or set-top box (Mediabox) connected using coax, both splitters are redundant.

Did you perform this speed test using ethernet?

The btv 1 IEC-NL (which is identical to the VZ1) is no longer being installed. Technicians currently install a TRISZ-DG300 in the meter cupboard. You did not have to purchase this AOP, since the replacement is free of charge.

What are the results of a speed test using a direct ethernet connection to the router?

Could you post one or more pictures of the AOP (main outlet in meter cupboard or living room) and cables, plus splitter(s) and signal amplifier, as applicable?

Additionally, could you log in to the modem's web interface at 192.168.100.1 and copy the data displayed on the Downstream and Upstream tabs on the Advanced settings, Tools, Network status page?

Since you are using your own router, you may simply disable IPv6 on it.

Sure, I have no any TV or boxes that are using coax.

I connected my box directly to AOP, and made another speed tests:

https://ziggobeta.speedtestcustom.com/result/69960960-48be-11ed-baa8-d5fd5c32e0b6

little bit better, but speed still far from stated.

Downstream and Upstream pages screenshots are in attachments.

As well I requested mechanic to replace my AOP with Hirschmann AOP VZ1, hope it will help, photos are in attachments.

Unfortunately I have no devices with Ethernet ports, so all tests are throughout Wi-Fi, in front of meter cupboard 🙂

Good news about AOP, I can return it after specialist visit 🙂 thank you

Glad to help. Hopefully, having the AOP replaced will improve download speeds.

Glad to read that.

I assume splitter 1 (ESX-02) was replaced? Splitter 2 is redundant since no TV or set-top box is connected using coax. In fact, both splitters are redundant, since only the modem must be connected to the AOP.

Yes, splitter on green cable was replaced to TRISZ-DG300 and all other splitters was removed, so now my setup is Green cable -> TRISZ-DG300 -> Connection Box
