Cannot login to battlenet services as of today, without using VPN

Today i tried logging into bnet services (world of warcraft)
You cant do that as of today 2/6/2019. Only way is using VPN, which makes the game laggy as hell.

Please fix it im 100% sure its ziggo service side issue.

Is there currently still a problem for you logging into the Battle.net services?

There was a problem with the Battle.net servers last night, this might have been the cause of your issues.

If the problem still exists, can you try to restart your router/modem?
