Can't Connect Ziggobox

Hi all

I'm looking to connect my Ziggo internet.

When I go to the Meterkast, I don't have a connection that looks the same as the Instructions.

See picture attached.

 

Should I connect the Ziggo Connectbox to the HFT3?

The Ziggo cable is male/female, should I get a male /male cable?

@Bert is correct. There is missing a "AOP". I've made a appointment for 28-06-2021. He's coming between 8:00-13:00. If this appointment doesn't suit you, please change it in "Mijn Ziggo"



Do you let us know how it went and if the mechanic fixed everything? 🙂

You need a Ziggo mechanic who will make everything in order according to the latest standard.
