Bridge mode

Hello!

Is it possible to change mode of router (bridge or router) by myself when I need it?

It's so difficult to wait more than 5 hours to get this setting done.

No, this has never been possible in former Ziggo areas and no longer possible in former UPC areas since June 27.

 

Did you use the designated form to request bridge mode?

I just called 0900-1884. Selecting 2, 1, 2, 3 will transfer your call to an employee.

Bridge mode requests are picked up manually and are usually processed within 24 hours.

But if I have any problem with my new equipment and would like to change it back? Should I wait 24 hours? 😟

You may also contact the helpdesk at 1200 (freely available if you have a Ziggo landline) or 0900-1884 (regular charges apply) or by chat.

I've tried to contact via 0900-1884 but it's a bit difficult because my Dutch is quite bad and I don't know what numbers I should push in order to chat with somebody.

I also tried to contact through chat (ziggo app), I sent my message 6 hours ago and no reply yet.
