Is it possible to change mode of router (bridge or router) by myself when I need it?
It's so difficult to wait more than 5 hours to get this setting done.

Did you use the designated form to request bridge mode?
I just called 0900-1884. Selecting 2, 1, 2, 3 will transfer your call to an employee.

Yes, I filled in this form several hours ago.
Bridge mode requests are picked up manually and are usually processed within 24 hours.
But if I have any problem with my new equipment and would like to change it back? Should I wait 24 hours? 😟

I've tried to contact via 0900-1884 but it's a bit difficult because my Dutch is quite bad and I don't know what numbers I should push in order to chat with somebody.
I also tried to contact through chat (ziggo app), I sent my message 6 hours ago and no reply yet.
