Bridge mode needed

Dear Ziggo, may I ask for my Connectbox to be placed in Bridge mode asap please? I raised an incident yesterday (>24H ago) but no reaction yet. Thanks very much!

bridge mode is already active! Are you still having problems? Did everything go well with activating the router?

Welcome to this customer-help-customer forum where I am also a customer. Ziggo moderators usually visit each topic within one working day (between Monday and Friday). They can help you put your modem in bridge mode.

Just restarted the Connectbox and all working now - thank you!
